Background

Saracen (U) Ltd. was established in Uganda in 1995 to fulfill the need for a specialised and professional security service. 9 Steps to running the Marathon

  1. Go for a medical exam to determine your fitness.
  2. Choose good running shoes and socks (the right type and right size).
  3. Start training programme weeks before the marathon.
  4. Always carry your mobile phone when you're out jogging.
  5. Training with a partner helps motivation and increases safety.
  6. Always begin and end your training session with light stretching exercises.
  7. Always run facing on-coming traffic. Avoid busy roads!
  8. Don't wear headphones. Always be aware of your environment.
  9. Carry sufficient fluid during training.
